Fear of Radiation

We use high quality digital X-ray machines that use much reduced doses of radiation to patients. We use new generation of Lead-free apron with thyroid collar to protect vital organs.

For pregnant women, we use iTero scanners with NIRI to detect cavities. This radiation-free device can accurately diagnose cavities and many other dental issues.

Fear of Pain

We believe in conservative, minimally invasive philosophy, which is permeating into treatment planning, care delivery and recare. We focus on details, and believe every little measure makes big difference in patient experience and satisfaction. Combining with cutting-edge technology, world-class equipment, many years of gentle care experience, we can make treatment less traumatic, recovery uneventful and long-lasting results.

Other Fears

Patient safety and comfort is always our top priority. We use eye protection goggle on every patient. We use either disposable or sterilized instrument by autoclave. We provide lip moisturizer for patient with dry lips. We always wet the cotton rolls before removing from patient’s mouth to avoid traumatizing to gum tissue. We are attentive and interactive during treatment. Patient has total control of the process.

Severe Phobic Patients

We recognize that true phobia exists. We can provide nitrous oxide (Laughing gas) to reduce anxiety. For extreme phobic patients, sedative dentistry may be required, and we will refer those patients to facilities that offer sedations.
